Haier Mini LED TV Pre-Booking – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Haier Mini LED TV pre-booking portal operated by Haier Bangladesh Limited ("Haier"). Haier operates this site to allow its customers to pre-book Haier Mini LED TVs at their convenience. By visiting our Site, continuing to browse, or pre-booking any products through the Site, you unequivocally and irrevocably accept and acknowledge the terms and conditions contained herein and binding policies hereof. By using the Site, you declare that you have carefully read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Haier may, at its sole discretion, allow or disallow access to the Site and reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions contained herein at any time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the platform or use its services. "You/Your" shall mean a natural person who is at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract in Bangladesh.

Section 1 – Product Information

All Haier Mini LED TV models listed on the pre-booking portal are subject to availability. While Haier strives for accuracy, product specifications, features, and pricing may change without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through SMS/e-mail.

Section 2 – Pricing, Payment & Availability

Prices listed in the portal are indicative and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Customers can make payments through online gateways. You confirm that the payment details you provide are accurate and lawfully owned by you. Haier is not responsible for misuse, hacking, or fraud related to online transactions. Availability of the selected product is subject to stock. Each registered mobile number can be used to pre-book one TV unit only.

Section 3 – Pre-Booking Conditions

All pre-bookings must be made through the official Haier Mini LED pre-booking portal: prebook.haier.com.bd. Customers must register with a valid mobile number and verify via OTP. Pre-booking is completed only when payment is confirmed. If payment is not completed, the booking will be cancelled automatically. Order confirmation will be sent via SMS and/or e-mail after successful booking.

Section 4 – Changes & Adjustments

Customers may request changes to model, size, or specifications within 48 hours of booking confirmation and subject to stock availability. Changes may affect delivery dates. Only one change request per booking will be allowed.

Section 5 – Booking Cancellation

Customers can cancel their booking by contacting the Haier customer support hotline. A cancellation charge will apply as per company policy. Cancellation requests must be made within 30 days of booking. Cancellation status will be communicated via SMS/e-mail.

Section 6 – Delivery Terms

A tentative delivery date will be provided after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on stock availability and logistics. Customers must present the booking invoice/money receipt at the time of delivery. Haier will notify customers of any changes to delivery schedules via SMS/e-mail.

Section 7 – Refund Policy

All pre-booking payments are strictly non-refundable. Customers are advised to carefully consider their purchase decision before placing an order.

Section 8 – Communication & Support

Customers will receive updates on booking, payment, and delivery via SMS/e-mail. Customers must provide valid and up-to-date contact details. For support, customers can reach out via Haier's hotline, showroom, or e-mail support.

Section 9 – Accuracy of Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking, billing, and delivery details. Haier is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

Section 10 – Personal Information & Privacy

Customer data is collected solely for processing bookings and facilitating delivery. Data will not be shared with third parties except as required for delivery, legal purposes, or with customer consent.

Section 11 – Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.

Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify Haier Bangladesh Limited and its employees, agents, and partners against all claims, damages, and expenses arising from any violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Force Majeure

Haier shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond its control (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or supply chain disruptions).

Section 12 – Changes to Terms & Conditions

Haier reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the portal and shall be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
